Have you forgotten your Login Id or password?
If so, here is some information on how to get back onto Petware Online

Forgotten Login ID
If you cannot remember your Login Id, you will need to get in touch with our website administrator at Petware. Please contact us on 0800 800 135 or online@petware.co.nz. Please make sure that you have your petware account number, email address, contact and contact number handy to ensure we can get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Forgotten Password
If you cannot remember your password please enter your Login Id in the box below and we will automatically send you a new password to your designated email address. Please note this will only be a temporary password so you will be prompted to choose a new password once you have regained access. Once in, you can change your password anytime by clicking on the Profile button and the top right of your page.

To get a new Login Id or changed email
If you can"t remember your Login Id, or you have changed your email address, you will need to register again. Please contact Petware on 0800 800 135 or email online@petware.co.nz for more information.
