Wanting to get set up on Petware Online?

If you are a current Petware account holder, Petware Online is a fantastic new way to view our entire product catalogue as well as purchase online, view your account and check out news and specials.

Setting up your Petware Online account is simple and requires only TWO easy steps.

Step One: Firstly we need you to complete our fax registration form. This specifies who you (the owner/manager) authorise to have access to the online account. This registration form needs to be faxed back to Petware for our records. Please contact online@petware.co.nz or call 0800 800 135 to have your online fax registration form sent out.

Step Two: The second step to complete your online account is to click on the above button "Register". Here you will need to set up your individual login and password that you will use every time you use Petware Online. Please completed all required fields and read the terms and conditions before submitting.

Once these TWO forms of registration have been completed and sent back to Petware, we will approve and activate your online account. You will be notified by email when your everything is up and running. Please allow up to two working days for account activation.
